PSK Reporter and weather services can fail or rate-limit requests; a failed feed must appear as unknown, not as proof that no band opening exists.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Availability and setup<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Windows portable and installer workflows have been tested in project iterations, but do not infer the availability of a particular public version. A production download will carry exact OS requirements and field-test notes.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When released, the <a href=\"\/downloads\/\">Downloads page &rarr;<\/a> will show the exact version, platform, change log, manual and SHA-256 file checksum.
