This is the project home for Windows radio utilities and experimental communications tools. Each application has its own page with scope, user workflow, development status, setup guidance, and release criteria. Some ideas are in active development and are not public software releases.

- Stable means a particular release has passed the documented checks, not that every radio or computer is supported.
- Beta identifies test software and should include known limitations and feedback instructions.
- Development identifies a project or feature under construction, not a ready installer.
- Every public download should include a version, platform, file size, integrity checksum and change log.
Obtaining and verifying software
Use the Downloads directory → for public packages. When releases are available, verify the displayed SHA-256 against the file actually downloaded. The website itself does not imply that a file exists simply because a program has a description page.
